Has anyone heard anything good or bad about the
NAVMAN E-Series GPS kit?

It includes the GPS Antenna (USB), StreetFinder software and a windshield mounting bracket.

I am planning to put my laptop in a custom redesigned glove compartment, so I was thinking about a laptop GPS system... this was the only one I've found so far. It's about $140 everywhere...

Does anyone know anything about laptop GPS systems? I'd appreciate the insight!

Thanks in advance

Did you put the GPS in yet? Can you tell me how much $$ you spent and how hard it was to install? I was thinking on putting something similar in my solara.

not as quick or accurate as vechicle mounted gps systems. I would say it ok, for that once a year time you might need directions, otherwise its sure is an less expensive alternative.
