Just ordered an FM modulated 10 disc CD/MP3 changer and need ideas on where I should install it.

Pictures would be great if you have them.

thanks,

I have a Kenwood 10-disc changer and I installed it in the upper right ceiling of my trunk. There's that metal piece that you can drill it into and mount it, right under the rain guard. It actually works really well there, I haven't had any problems with skipping or anything.

No picture, but I installed my friend's Eclipse 8-disc under his passenger's seat, actually bolted up to the metal, so when the seat moves, so does the changer, without obstructing anything. This was capable since his passenger's seat is non-powered, if it were, then it wouldn't be possible.

Can someone recommend me or link me to a cd changer that works with the stock 3in1 non jbl deck (1999)?

I used the Eclipse 8-disc changer with an adapter to function with my friend's stock 3-in-1 in his '99, it won't matter if it's JBL or non-JBL. The only uncertainty is the indash 6-disc changer 3-in-1 starting in '00. Check out www.pie.net, www.blitzsafe.com, or www.peripheral-aamp.com for various adapters that accept different CD changers.
