Does anyone have the configuration as above.
has anyone interfaced a sub-amp with a stock solara head unit.

U need a line level converter. You then run your rca cables from the converter to your subwoofer amp. Its a less than perfect method but it is tried and true and does work. The converters are prolly around 30 bucks or so..
