Custom Sub Box HELP!

Postby Ransom8707 » Thu May 17, 2007 6:22 pm

I just got my two Kicker 15" Solobarics
I needed to make a custom sub box since I tried and measured but dont really know the dimensions that would make my subs fit.
But at first I really leaning towards getting this two sub boxes but wanted to make sure if I could make those fit in my trunk.

SUB BOX 1

SUB BOX 2

but I really dont think I can make thoses fit. If anyone would have some suggestion on how I can make my two 15's fit or any custom boxes would really help since im thinking about installing the subs this weekend. If anyone can help it would really help. Thanks

I was really leaning towards using sort of this design That I seen on a website

But instead of having the sub go all the way out I was thinking about building inside under the bottom of speaker location. So they can look a little more attractive. Also would anybody know how can I support the box since I don't really know whats holding up. Since each sub weights almost or over 30lbs
