need help installing in dash monitor

okay, so i checked the 6 pages of DIY and didnt find anything...never installed a monitor before but have installed cd players...so is it the same concept where the harnesses just plug in and i ground the e brake wire or is there more too it...

okay? so no help? curious about the orange with white stripe wire...do i wire those together (radio and aftermarket harnesses) because they say they are illumination or dim wire positive but there isnt a negative, so is it okay to wire those up...that is the onlly wire i dont know about besides the e brake one but could i ground that to the screw in back of the dashboard frame to the left where the radio sits, the one without a nut...sorry i dont have pics to help
