I just have the factory system that came with my car and my mirror rattles too when the volume and bass are moderately up.

For the rear view mirror, put a bit of Dynamat around the mirror's base/housing (the kind that doesn't have the reflective silver just so it doesn't look tacky), keep a hole open for the center screw and tighten it...

Although in some cases, I noticed that tightening the screw alone helped with most of it when it was loose, but the Dynamat is to remove the rest of the shaking... Keep in mind that neither in conjunction gets rid of it 100%, but I can still pick out a Crown Vic/Charger/whatever from the crowd when I'm blasting music :D .

i finally figured out the problem with the rear view mirror.... the winshield actually started cracking under the mirror where its stuck on... so i put tape all around to stope the vibrating from hitting hte windshield... now only the rear spoiler remains to get fixed...

You should fix the windshield as soon as possible... Most auto insurances will cover it.
