So i fried my old sub driving to san antonio. It was some cheap boss..something something. Anyways, i have an old ass sony xplod amp, the pentagon shaped kind. I don't remember the exact model (i'll get it once i decide to get up) but it's a mono class d amp, 1400, or 1600 watts peak, and 600 watts rms. I read somewhere that the amp should put out 75 - 90% of the subs rms rating. My last sub was rated at 600 watts rms. So now i'm looking into the 700, 750 watts rms range. I'm not going the cheap route this time. Anyone got any suggestions? I'm looking at this. I had one more but i can't find the link
