Hello all...

Does anybody happen to know where i can find detailed instructions on how to install a new HU and how to change the rear speakers in my 1999 solara?

the rear deck wont be fun at all. I hope you got some good quality speakers, cuz you won't want to do it again

yes the rear speakers were a burn to install especially in the afternoon of a hot california day. but the speakers are done, now just have to do the HU... thanks for all of your responses... and how is the install of a new HU? is it pretty easy or should i expect it to be a pain?

never done double DIN but i would assume its easier then my single DIN with the stupid bracket to takeup the other spot.
H/U is pretty straight forward, although theres always plenty of crap back there to tear apart your hands while finicking with the wiring... all of the crap for my ps2, ipod, sub output, etc etc makes for one hell of a rats nest

sorry there wasnt a more in depth response sooner for your speakers
