when im listening to the radio and if i turn my rear defrost on all can get is static out of my radio, i got a JVC head deck. So it must be interfering with the antenna, but how would i go about fixing that?

try regrounding at the Headunit. or if you have an ant amplifier, maybe the ground on that is loose.
