I am in a bit of a predicament. Youve probably read of my problem. well heres another question for yall. As you may know, i have a 12 inch DHD 600 watt subwoofer, though no amp, and i have a JVC KD-G120 head unit installed. it has the sub out connections on it. just wondering if there is any way i can bypass the amp and hook the woofer straight to the RCA connections on the hed unit. and dnt leave any comments on how i need to do more research b4 i do this. u kno who im talkn 2. :( :D

It'll probably sound like crap if you do that. But it is possible to do.

Dude it will sound like crap your JVC head unit will not have enough power to flippin support a 600watt sub, If you don't want to listen then try and tell us the results. We have all made mistakes and trying to help you out and not see you make a mistake. if you have ass it you will end up spending more money later on to redo it all.

Yeah... Free amp ain't gonna happen. Just find a used one for like $100. It'll probably work just fine.

I've got a spare 700 watt TIS Amp. Its not the best amp out there, but it will push that sub for sure. You can have it, just pay for shipping. :)
