looking to pick up a cheap nav unit for an upcoming project.. im finding it interesting there is a plethora of cheap oem alpine units on ebay.. im looking into using the oem nav out of the scions however i wonder if its pretty much plug and play (minus the wiring for speed sensor etc of course) direct swap into a camry/solara...

basically is our wiring harness compatible with these units.. and has anyone tried it yet

I dont think they are, but try to look for diagram layouts for the wiring in both cars and see if they are similar
