Bought a 2000 Solara SE V6 Aug 1st!

Postby Inverted » Mon Aug 03, 2009 5:07 am

Hey all, bought myself a 2000 Solara SE V6 this weekend from original mature owner, 150,000km (~90k miles), 5 speed coupe, immaculate charcoal cloth interior and reasonably worn blue exterior. Religiously maintained with service records to boot! At $3800 (CDN) taxes in I think I found a pretty good bargain!

Fully stock right now, but not for long!

My upgrade plans, thanks to this site, are as follows

Clutch (Exedy)
Suspension, Lowering Springs (Tokico)
Short Ram Air (Injen)
Sport Muffler (TRD or other)
Sway Bar (TRD)
Remote Keyless Entry / Remote Start / Alarm (didn't come standard)
And of course a stereo eventually... see my Corolla here http://www.carstereo.com/installs/photo_gallery_album.cfm?home=yes&photoid=16506&galleryid=1239 =P

Welcome.

This is the place for answers.
