No it's not. Try $2.15 for Plus and $2.19 for Supreme at Chevron in Castro Valley.

I just got a solara, drive it hard enough but its great on gas, its a 4 banger...but i'm not complaining. Gas prices keep going down we should see that at the pumps in a few weeks, cheapest (good) gas i've seen in central jersey is BP/sunoco ultimate for 1.71, why does cali get screwed on gas prices?

Most of our gas price is from heavy taxes...since we consume the most gasoline in the whole US. As well as the other crap that CARB has tacked on the price and processing.

To stay on topic, Ill say that my Solara is generally stock and I absolutely love it, just like everyone else. The second I got behind the wheel, it was like love at first sight, I knew I had to have it. Definitely ZERO complaints from me and everyone that has driven it and seen it.

BTW: I paid $1.42 for Regular(89) yesterday at a smaller gas establishment :P
