super easy :lol: ...if you have the picture on a website (ie. http://www.blahblahblah.com/mypicture/solara.gif) then you just:
1)put the link for picuture
2)highlight it and press the "IMG" button on the toolbar on top
(i.e. Image )

websites like geocities/angelfire/pbase/etc won't let you link it like that..but then you could just post the link, highlight it, and press the "URL" button to just link it directly
