1999 Solara running high RPM

My 1999 Solara, with only 66,000 miles, is running about 3000 RPM @ 70 MPH. Is this normal? If not, what is considered normal? The car is STOCK.

mine has 210k+ miles and runs at 3000 rpm at 70....lol your fine
