My name is Jessie and i am now the proud owner of a 2004 2 gen se sport 2.4L 5 speed and was wondering... What should i do first? i have no clue on what to do cause i want a cai system but the only one i found is a K&N which is illegal in CA :/ I need help to show up some little hondas that are roaming around my block.
Thank you and God bless

You bought the wrong car if you're looking for performance. Some Scion TC parts will work with modifications.

And then there's the California issue.....Anyways, welcome 8)

I think someone put headers on with minimal work, but I seriously doubt it's carb legal. You could put an underdrive pulley on

it should be the 2az motor right? if thats the case just go turbo, not sure if the supercharger kits from a tC would fit your car.

you're pretty much stuck with minor bolt-ons or custom. The amount you'd spend to have a fast all motor car will be insane.

Yes, the 2AZ in the tc and solara are the same

Not necessarily. Welcome, search around for answers, but definitely look into a CAI, headers, exhaust, and look into Brian Crower stuff for the TC. Seeing as you share the 2AZ with that platform, quite a few parts are cross-compatible
