Glad to fine you all online!!! I have a 2001 Solara Convertible...Love the car. The only issue is I changed out the battery and now the stereo will not turn on, I checked the fuses and the seem to be fine. This is the JBL system with the sub woofer. Could just be coincidence?

Welcome! Wow The convertible soalras with the amp are terrible, everyone with it has the same problems. I am not too sure cause i dont have the same amp. But maybe check the amp's fuses?

I had a Audi that if the battery was removed or power was lost to the radio I had input a security code before it would work again. Guess kept the thefts away...
