Dear fellow solaraguys in the DC/MD/VA area,

We are thinking of having a meet on Saturday, August 7th at Lake Anna.

Possible activities include a BBQ (Steamed crabs, corn, vegetables, watermelon, fruits, and beverages.), renting of jet skies on the lake, volleyball, fishing or swimming.

Lake Anna is located approximately 1 hour 35 minutes from DC.
For more info their official web site is http://www.lakeannaonline.com/index.html

Sorry for the short notice, but please try and join us, it will no doubt be a fun time.

You got an address? The "directions" on the website are useless since it just shows a map with no other info.

I dont know if Ill be able to make it either because it seems too far for me. Maybe though.

--EDIT--

Oh yea just found it

6800 Lawyers Rd, Spotsylvania, VA

Yahoos tellin me 5.5 hours.

I think thats a little too far for a small meet (And you guys know I dont mind driving, so If I say its too far, its pretty damn far). If it grows, or someone else from Jersey is riding down, I might consider it, but as of now, I dont think Im going.

I do wanna try some of Fenix's renowned steamed crabs tho, but Im sure there'll be another time for that.

Sorry to hear that some of you guys couldn't make it to the picnic. However, the picnic is still ON with the VA crews.

As planned, we will meet at Silver Dinner in Springfield at 9 am on Saturday, then go to Lake Anna all together.

Bring your money, guys because the Northern Virginia Solaraguy Poker Tournament will start soon after we cook/eat/drink/ride jetski.

Josh (Joshlax), please contact Ray (RayCarlo) for more detail of how the party's going down.

We'll leave the park at dark.

Anyone else in the area by this weekend, please feel free to swing by having fun with us.

Sorry, this is like a "back-to-school" picnic thing in the last minute, LOL.

Besides, you work too much. Have fun working.

Dude, you know we could throw the party, lol. Last I check, the Independance Air roundtrip ticket from Newark, NJ to here is only $100. Come'on , book them, lol.

Mr. B, please stop by with your kid if you have times. We'll be there all day long.
