and i put my hood on yesterday!!! I love it, u can hardly tell its carbon till you get up to it, its like OHH you have a carbon fiber hood. LOL Like 7 guys from my car club came over last night to the house and all had the same expression, it was hysterical. So im still KIND of a sleeper. Man im getting excited. Im not sure why, but i guess after 6 years of meeting up with the guys in my car club.....I NEED TO SEE NEW CARS =0)

Anywho, just confirmed my reservation at the hotel, and talk to Grazi. We are going to meet up in conneticut, then take a ferry over to long island. NY, maybe you could PM me or IM me and throw me your cell number so in case we get lost =0p

As far as weather goes - who the eff knows - I was driving to work this morning, and on two different stations i heard this.

Q 104.3 - Thru Wednesday, rain and scattered showers...not real nice.

95.5 - The next 3 days will be partly cloudy, w/ a slight chance of an afternoon thunderstorm.

You would think that by 2004 we might have figured out this whole weather prediction thing...

Either way, I'm in. (Top up or down will be a game time decision

)

Little help with directions.

Its gunna be a little tougher than just yahooing it since there no address.

The directions I got have me taking I-295 S to the Cross Island Parkway to Southern State Parkway.

Is the Wantagh still exit 33 on the southern state parkway?

Directions to Jones Beach

From the LIE:
From NYC/NJ
Take the LIE East to Exit 38, which is the switchover to the Northern State Parkway.
Take the northen state parkway to exit 33, Wantagh Parkway South...Follow directions from Wantagh Parkway Below.

From Easten LI(Ferry stop for those coming from CT)
Take the LIE West to Exit 42, which is the switchover to the Northern State Parkway West.
Take the northen state parkway to exit 33, Wantagh Parkway South..Follow directions from Wantagh Parkway Below.

From Brooklyn
Take the Belt Parkway to the Southern State Parkway to exit 27S I believe for the Wantagh Parkway South.

Wantagh Parkway:

Stay on the Wantagh parkway south past the last exit (6). Continue down the parkway until you reach the toll booths. Stop and buy a parking ticket (8 dollars i believe). From there, merge back into traffic, and continue until you reach the traffic circle in front of the tower. Take the first right out of the traffic circle to continue to get onto Ocean Parkway West - and make a right into the 1st parking lot on your right side - Field #4.

After presenting your ticket, drive to the back right side of the parking lot, there should be enough space for us over there.
