i set this all down so we have a realistic plan and people understand what CAN happen when acting stupid.

the last run we did was well organized and controlled. when everyone follows the basics layed down, there are no problems.

I agree. We had the touge run well organize and thought out before we did it. For those who didn't want to drive, they carpooled with others who did. The ones that didn't want to drive fast were the ones in the middle and so forth. I took the lead of the group because I knew the area well and could contact Dave or the others just in case if there was a car coming or something. We all went through a lot of safety tips before we actually went onto the mountain. So bottom line is how it is organized and done.

But these seem to be the basics: Have a leader who knows the place well. Have at 3-4 seconds spacing between each other, travel in packs no more than 6. And always keep in contact with a radio.

I don't know about you Alex but May 21st is still the weekend of before the last 3 days of finals at SJSU. . . I rather have it on May 28 but if May 21 ends up being it that is the best. Since May 14 I have an english final.
