Judging from the interest on here for this year's event, as well as several local toyota folks who were planning on making the drive up, I think this year's turn out would have been one of the best yet. Thanks a lot, Elmhurst Toyota...

I still think we should do something this year. Maybe not in Elmhurst but somewhere in between all of us perhaps?

Just to see what the possibilities are, what weekends in September work for you guys?

I'm up for any weekend in Sept except the 12th (friend's wedding) - just need a week's notice to request off work at my 2nd job.
Maybe a national park somewhere so we can have plenty of room, get some good pics, and cook out or something??? :chug:

In the early '90's, I lead the Windy City Z Club to Starved Rock for a weekend outing. We had a dozen Z's taking back roads there. Nice area. There's a little town near by that has a very old bar. (Like early 1900's) Pretty cool place that the locals hang out in. Worth a stop for a cold one.

I definately recommend it for an outing.

Unfortunately I don't have a free weekend now in Sept. Just bought a house and it seems like each weekend in Sept. we have plans or we are going to be painting and moving. What ever you guys decided to do make sure you have a cold one for me!

I'm shot for September and even October as well. Maybe we can swing a November meet if the interest is there.

No, a big FAIL on this one.

I guess we'll hope for next year.

Well, I'll be in Chicago in 2 weeks for my 40th birthday (Phreaks too)
Sorry though, my calendar is completely full. No time to do a meet.

Hopefully next year.
