Just wanted to give you all a heads up. I will definatly not be making it this year. :( My church festival is that weekend and I will not be able to slip away. Would have been a perfect weekend if they would have just left the date in Aug. Sorry guys maybe next year. Maybe we can throw a meet up in the north east ohio/southern michigan area sometime in Oct.

x2 on where exactly Elmhurst is. I know it's Chicago area. I'm too far away from all the action....it sucks.

It's a little suburb directly west of Chicago.

So is there a show this year? Is the Sept. date locked in? I'm late to the party and very confused.

^As of now, Elmhurst Toyota hasn't still hasn't given any final word. It appears even the Sept. 13 date is going to fall through.

Not fixed by this date means it will probably be terrible turnout.

With dealers hurting so much, they're probably pinching pennies to keep the lights on. I wonder just how much the show helps their sales.

I have my vacation planned for early October as well.
Its a shame the dates don't match. I'll be rolling through Chicago in a 2009 CTS (If avis makes good on their reservations)
