yeah i cant guarantee ill come up for this if we have this small amount of people. just not worth me driving 2 hours up and 2 hours back in one night for a meet this small. lets try to get some more people. i dont know who came to the last one but if i did i would send them a pm or email in case they arent very active on the forum or haven't seen this thread

Well, I hate to say it but it looks like the meet is going to be cancelled. Which sucks!!!
Maybe we can plan a later date???
With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up I doubt It though.

yeah i guess it was just at a bad time. not a biggie for me since i have backup plans with my friends. im cool with finding a later date. But it'll be hard to do one this year with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up.

We should try and shoot for a Spring meet like in March or April when everyone is out of winter mode(which is no different for us texas folks) but i think that would be the best time. Perfect weather for a meet too. Not too Hot or too Cold. Gives us plenty of time to clear out a schedule and to add some more modifications.

just my 2cents because id really like to make this happen so i can meet some fellow toyota enthusiasts.

Yea I would recommend if this was moved after the holidays or preferably summertime since it'll give me time to save up plus it'll give time to advertise to new members that might join later on as well.
I see plenty of Solaras around my area but I'm not sure if they joined this forum so yeah give them some time, no rush right?

Well, yet again, I wouldn't be able to make it. I'm contracting in Iraq and won't take an r&r until late july. Wife just bought a new camry, so I could have brought that..or the Tundra. Would bring the firebird, but that wouldn't be fair to you guys hehe. Anyways, hope you all get to meet up again and post some good pictures up. my 2 cents guys I lived in texas when I was a teenager and my home town is full of car clubs if any of you all been to the Rio Grand Valley then you know what I'm talking about the city is Harlingen and its straight crazy over there on friday and saturday night two main one way roads with so many parking lots on either side just full of car clubs and ricers from all over the Valley imports,domestics, muscle cars. I need to get back down there with my solara last time I was there I didn't see hardly any toyotas we got to show them what toyota is all about.

its a HUGE car meet that is very fun and would be a great place to show our toyota pride. anyone can go and you dont have to be in a team

oh yeah 650 cars attended last year
