tein coilovers

Has anyone installed tein coilovers themselves??? I've gotten the front ones in but, I'm having extreme problems with the rear. I have not been able to access them. Can anyone out there help?!?

yeah this is a recurrent problem all lowered solara owners faced. You'll pretty much need to remove the seats, the whole back panels.

Yeah, he's right. I just had mine lowered with the TRD springs and the shop told me they had to take out the back seat and all the panels in the rear of the car...time consuming.[/quote]

hot damn. you guys shoulda been there when we passed out the exploded diagrams of the struts back in 1990. they were very helpful.

Thanx all ya'll for the input. I finally got em several months ago. It was a bitch! Now my solara is slammed to the deck. Anyone in the DC metro area have a hooked up solara?
