How to cure the squeak?

On the TRD RSB? I know there is lube for the thing, but what is the brand name? Cold weather and letting the car sit for weeks at a time have taken their toll...

2 methods:

1. take the bar off
get plumbers teflon tape. (white and very thin)
wrap around the bar where the mounts are and use marine grease.

2.(the one i used) get mobil 1 synthetic grease, use a type of injection gun and get into/around the mounts.

Thanks. How long do you think that will last? I used the grease that came with the bar, and it lasted 8-9 months, so will the Mobil 1 last longer (I hope)?
