something like that, basically stick it into your headlights, and it will give the headlights that color tint. cool way of getting the hid look without hid. i was thinin of combining these with silverstar bulbs

those dont work, i tried them. try buying PIAA bulbs instead. looks great. :)

not really, i had some cheap bulbs in my older car, cheap meaning cost wise, they lasted forever, and the looked JUST like real h.i.d's, i was waitin at a friends house and my sister was suppose to come drop my car off, and it was night time, i see my car comn down the street and i couldnt even believe it was my car, the lights looked soo damn reall...but anyway, u just gotta find a good brand...i forgot wat i used, it was some chinese thing....they worked forevverrrrrrrrrrrr till i traded the car in...

Yea they may look real, but any tinted lights actual light output will generally be lower, and the bluer they are, the lower it is. I had a friend with some deeply coated bulbs, and I thought they were HID too, but I realized that if I can stare at them head on without seeing spots, thier not real. He also confirmed that he could never see anything at night, so he replaced them with Silverstars.

Look is one thing, brightness is another, and the only way to get both is true HID.

no these are just small leds that you put outside the regular bulb. you're not tinting the headlight bulb itself, and you are not decreasing light output. the led will emit a blue light to give your headlight casing a blue appearance

i know what your talking about, those dont work. the LED cannot dispurse that much light to tint your whole headlight's beam.
