Hey, i just got a new tranny cooler, and was wonderin' which one is the cool tube for the tranny??
Is it the left or right tube facin' the engine bay.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.

hmm, im tryin to remember from my tranny cooler install. well, i dont, but just take off the right tube and crank over the car. if fluid flows from the tube, its the cool return line, if the fluid comes from the tranny, its hot. easy install, just make sure you cut your hose at the right lengths!@!!


i think, dont quote me on this, but the hot line is on the right (facing the engine)

Well i felt the tubes from the tranny.
And i felt the left and it was warmer, than the one on the right; while facin' the engine.
I will check later when i do it.

I believe the right one is the cool tube which is the return line.

I got one from pepboys.
The number 401 from Haynes.
