is it ok to use the k&n filter cleaner? toyota dealership is a trip and my air filters kinda dirty now...

wov! blakish...trd filter is rebranded K&N i believe. just follow the instructions to clean that (buy the oil and cleaning kit)

I've been lucky whenever i wanted one, its been cheap (last purchase was 22shipped). Cleaning oil costed 9 bucks, I just sold my old one on the forums and bought a new one!

no i was referrning to the filter. someone online had a sale (this was 2002) and if your order was over $50 you got free shipping, i bought three..(each was $22)....just look for deals..over the years i've sold my dirty ones back to people on the forums..let them clean it...provided your got your backup!
