before i put my supercharger on, this idea came into my head. could it be possible for a n/a 1mz to get more than 200 at the wheels? i'd like to accomplish this before i slap on the blower.

most likely no, unless you NOS it. It is because lack of aftermarket part support. (you would have to raise the compression in order to gain NA power)

I think it's very doable for a 1MZ to get to 200fwhp, but it wouldn't be that cheap to do. Really, you could probably find the power in the head alone with a port and polish, oversized valves, upgraded springs, retainers, some customed up camshafts, etc. Flatlander has a kit for larger displacement pistons and higher compressions. This stuff would cost you a pile of money even if you did all the install work yourself though, so while I think it is doable, I would just get the blower and build that way.

Also, I am not sure, but I don't think it's a good idea to raise your compression and then get forced induction. So, in that regard it's complicated.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

You definately don't want to raise compression when adding a charger.
