Umm...

Its gonna take more work than just a knock sensor upgrade to run higher boost safely. Just check out Gabe's car. It might have worked out for him.


Oops, I didn't mean that this would cure the problem, but what I meant was if you're replacing them use the GM sensor, since it could be more beneficial than stock at higher boost.

One option to buy some time is rewire the remaining "good" knock sensor to both ECU inputs. I've been rolling around like this for over a year now. The car is still quick, I think it runs a little fat at the top end, not sure if that was a pre-existing condition or a result of the rewire.

well.... some reason the check engline light went off again.... so i was driving fast to see if it would pop back on but it didn't...... why is that?
