New Clutch

I believe my clucth is slipping, but it revs and moves fine around 1500 rpm, but it doens't feel like it's gripping at all. Any other way to figure this solution out?

Also, how much would it cost for toyota to replace it or an aftermarket clutch?

1100 for OEM replacement at tyota dealership..
900 Plus cost of afetermacket clutch from dealership...

Maybe you feel like your slipping because its hot.. Slipping is when your trying to move and the car doesnt go for awhile..

My local mechanic charged me book time for the job which was around 7 hours (even though I think it took him a little longer). I brought him the SPEC stage III, flywheel and gear oil.

So around $400 labor, $350 clutch, $300+ flywheel, $20 gear oil

$875 w/tax from the toyota dealership plus they gave me a free loaner for the 3 days it took (weekend). good a$$ deal. my mechanic was gonna charge me $700 but it wasn't a toyota clutch and no rental. The dealership quoted me $1100 too but i bargained and got a deal !!!! I told them i was going to take my car somewhere else.
