Tein H-techs Fit! **Updated PICS**

Postby WJN333 » Sun Jan 22, 2006 7:12 pm

I dont know why it took me this long, but i just compaired the after pictures for the tein h-techs, with the after pics of the Eibachs, and the front drop is about the same. The H-tech rear drop looks like stock.

*EDIT* Just so you know

Yeah i meant just change the springs and keep the stock struts or is it absolutely necessary to replace struts/springs all in one. The front dtruts were replaced about a year ago but not the back ones.

I would search on this one. There has been alot of discussion on using lowering springs without changing the struts.

Yup.....I definately agree...depending on how many miles are on the struts you're definately gonna have a crappy ride if you have worn struts. I don't have that problem yet because I lowered my car a week or two after bought her.

Just thought i should let you all know i have taken the h-techs out. This is my second suspension set up I have tried to make work and again had problems. If someone here still wants to give this setup a try look for my for sale posting "going stock".

Here are the problems i experienced:

Sorry to hear WJN. Maybe your best bet is to just leave the stock springs in with just aftermarket struts.......or you can always do coilovers in the future if you wanna invest in a set.

Good Luck with the sale.
