Free Weapon-R Intake anyone?

I was just at the www.weapon-r.com website and came across this little bit of info:
Hello, Weapon-R is looking for someone with a 2001 Toyota Solara 4 cyl with little or no mods done to it. The reason why we are looking for this is we are trying to get the Toyota intakes smog legal. So CARB said we need that model specfic car. If anyone is willing to help you will receive a free intake and discount towards other products. We are in the bay area.
