I can vouch for this guy, I've seen his other work on HID planet. Expect to pay about 200+ just for labor. Parts are extra. So spare headlights, projectors of your choice, HID bulbs, ballasts, and maybe wiring harness. Be ready to shell out some $$ people. This is not for the lowballers.
