It should not void your warranty.

I don't know how much it helps the handling,
but hearing from the people that has the rsb,
it's a very positive.

I have the full TRD suspension, and trust me, it's well worth the money. It'll turn your luxury cruiser into a sports car. Mine handles like a Vette, or very close to it.
