Not if youre going 65-70 on the fwy and want the plate to wobble and potentially scratch up your front bumper, not to mention the possibility itll fly off and cut into your tires... or fly off and get picked up by the cops and they say youre littering or some shyyyt... gets into the wrong hands, someone can use it in a crime scene and basically frame you....

put in on your dash, and when you get pulled over tell the cops your going to by the screws and mounting bracket to put it on.

cops can be dikks whenever they want and in CA that excuse wont pass. also think of the chances that the plate flying off your dash while in an accident and where itll end up
