Are you looking for that RWD look?

Actually - it's too bad this isn't a RWD because the body lines on the Gen 2 are totally designed around it. I could see some bigger fatter wheels/tires under the rear - but that would be kinda weird w the FWD, IMO.

But... if your subs and stuff are draggin the back end down, then you'll prolly wanna level it. ;)

hahha thats funny my car is EXACTLY like that when i lowered my car and it looks like a 1.75'' drop in the rear and a 1.50'' drop in the front and i heard it was cause its FWD but i was still like "what the hell" :o so i also took out my subs but its crazy the car still sits low like that hahahahha but i think its pretty cool... instead of having that RAKE :fadein: look where its all slanted... IMO the rear of the solara looks nice lowered instead of lifted

Suggestion

Pixel,
If you want a RWD look Axis makes a staggered look 18x8 60mm Lip and
18x8 90mm Lip. With a proper 40 offset (at least on 1999-2002 Solara and 1997-2001 Camry) these will give you the look of RWD. I personally would go for the deep lip look all around, i.e. their 18x9.0 120mm.

Is it doable, yes it is.
Will it affect drivability - not at all

However, as others have indicated, a lowered solara read end is someting i love. The car's bum is the best part IMO.
