You NEED spacers to clear the BBK with that offset.

It depends on the design of the wheel. If the spokes are curved are not.
Do you have pictures or model # of the wheels??

You might have clearance problems with those since they are a flat design.
If you plan on running it I would use a 5mm spacer in the front and 15mm in the rear.

It will bring the front to +42 offset on 19x8 which will be no problem and +32 offset in the rear which would require you to shave the rear fenders.
