Has anyone heard about the "suicide trunk trick" on eBay?

What do you guys think of it? Would it be hard to do this mod? Haha...would it look good??

Yeah. Go to home depot or Lowes and you can find those same hinges for a fraction of the cost. That thing is ugly and a waste of time IMHO.

the funny thing is that ebay link wasnt even for the hinges, just for the instructions on how to install!

Haha! Those were my initial thoughts, too. I thought it was pretty lame and a waste of time. However, it IS something different, and I bet it makes the car go faster!!

yeah, those things seem to be the newest rage at local shows around here. i agree with flip that you can get the parts real cheap at Home Depot or whatever. i also agree with everyone else.......THEY ARE FUGLY!
