I dont have my fender well cover nor fog so my intake filter if exposed to nature. With the wind blowing rain right into the filter, the freezing temperature froze any air passage through.. My guess..

you should consider a prefilter like I posted I hear they do wonders.

thats not a bad idea with the pre filters Dats just get some oem fogs again
