Since Im in the typing mood today... Ill keep it perverted and mean free.

Think of a car as a long tube pipe with valves in it all open to flow water from the top tank to the bottom tank. All three valves are only open 10%.... Thats stock for our car. The water will never flow any faster then that. Lets say you open up one valve... Waster flows alittle uneven no changes.. Thats like putting a catback exhaust on your car...... Cant expect power gains if the other two valvse are still stock.... So you add intake... Flows alittle better but still not fast. Then comes the header/Y pipe.. Thats all 3 valves now open up for full power. Finanlly now youll see performance since theres no restriction...

But.....

Its flowing unevenly with occasion air pockets... This is when the apexi A/F controller comes in. Think of it as putting fins into the pipe. The controller helps manage the flow of the power and evens it out. Put it all together.... You got a full Tuned exhaust system....

Hahah I know its corny. Im bored.

You cant tune it yourself without a wideband 02 which will cost you an anohter 300 bucks at least. If you take it to any dyno shop they can do it for you. You wont see much gains, But you will balance your performances better with it.
