i know the s-afc and v-afc line are used for adjusting things like fuel ratios, etc. but what makes it so different from the v-afc?

v-afc is for V-Tec controller mainly for Honduh.
Unless ur bimmer or solara uses Honduh engine, u dont need that.

You're right that there are some smartass answers on the forum, but I don't think this was one of them. You'll notice Honda spelled that way on a lot of Toyota forums. It's just a way of putting Honda down, or rather putting Honda drivers down.

I like Honda, too. I think they make great cars. One of the nice things about having a Honda is that there is a huge number of aftermarket parts for them, unlike for our Solaras. The downside is that a lot of people are not very selective about the aftermarket parts that they put on their Hondas, and become the poster boys of rice. They are the ones referred to as Honduh owners.

honda cars are fine, its the owners that make them honduh

burnouts in parkinglots
revving at cars with twice the power
altezzas (my stomach cringes at the sacrilege)
thinking louder = faster
taking the canyons with "performance" cut springs
etc...etc...etc..
