wassup guyz i was thinking of putting my home pc in my car and connecting it to my Pioneer avh - 7480 with the 7in dash screen. I am ordering a dc to ac inverter to run off the battery. But i think it would better installing a second battery that would run off the pc. Would i need to some sort of alternator that would connect to the main battery to run off the second?you guyz have any suggestions. help

depending on what PC you plan to put in, i myself thought about that years ago, but decided not to, because of the possible damage it may put on the PC parts.

well anyway, depending on what PC you have(speed, vid card, etc), you may want to upgrade the alternator. it will be cool to watch things from the car and pick up a wireless lan card. steal some bandwidth.
i dont think there is any benefit from adding a second battery. its the alternator that does all the work once the engine is running

yea it would be cool to add wireless card to it. thanks ill try to put that in consideration. I also plan to add a woofer and adding that would probably effect the computer parts because of the vibration.
