You'll have to get a piggy back and then it is still limited.

Good luck.

piggy back, meaning an SAFCII or something of that nature.

it alters the sensors reading/output before the ECU reads it.

Try to find out thru google some stuff talking of AFR (stands for Air Fuel Ratio)...because without this knowledge anything said would be useless...

why is the car running lean in the first place? Maybe bad injectors? fuel pump is fckt up? i dono?

but the SAFCII should help dump more fuel, but u should get the car checked to see why its running lean rite now.

the SAFCII is usually for people who are boosted and have other stuff modified and need to gain power from their mods.

What i learned is that bolt on mods dont just give u instant hp, it needs to be tuned via the SAFCII.

for example, i went to get my car dynoed and im boosted...when we entered the shop, my car put down 166whp and 177torque.

after a few runs and tuneing with the SAFCII, the dyno guys got the car to run 174whp and 185torque.

My A/F ratio is 11.8:1, from what they told me they tuned it to.

My numbers are low, possibly because of the pre-cats i have on my exhaust manifolds/headers. I will be removing those soon and will bring back the results of the dyno after i get the new headers and ypipe in.
