and phi, the kit popping out is not true in my case. i'm not even using any tape at all. i just figured out how to place the screw correctly, and it stayed on the entire time. you just have to be smart about where to place the screw and how to screw it onto the bumper.
As a tip, there is a lil tab in the middle of the valence, i used a long screw with a washer to screw that on to the bumper. I screwed it so that it would hold the middle part of the valence in place. Because that was the problem with the popping out, it would start from the middle. In addition, I placed two screws at the front of the valence. so that's all.
