Spring Rates

Spring Rates

Hey guys I'm looking for the spring/compression rates of the main manufacturer's for the Solara lowering springs/struts/shocks/etc.

Cannot, for the life of me, find them. I mean found Tein's very easily, but Eibach and Tokico are being stingy. I found TRD's spring rates but just thought I'd ask someone who has them for confirmation (and the struts too while I'm at it haha).

This is for the '02 4 banger btw. Just thought I'd ask in case anyone who's bought these components and still has their box/pamphlet with them or knows the numbers off the top of their head.

Tein S-tech:
Front - 150 lb/in
Rear - 210 lb/in

Tein SS Dampers:
Front - 340 lb/in
Rear - 170 lb/in

TRD Springs:
F/R - 140 lb/in ~ 167 lb/in

That's what Tein gave me; very convenient. I got the TRD rates from some random site a while back, I'm not sure it's even correct.

I have to replace the suspension soon (right now actually haha)...it's making noise since I got it back from the mechanic's a month ago and I lose massive traction cornering moderately rough roads at anything higher than 30 mph, it's not a fun feeling. It's even worse when I'm carrying loads (the car bottoms out with 2 other people in the car). Not too worried about the ride height since I can find those anywhere. Looks like the Tokico/Eibac combo is the way to go, but I like to have the numbers in front of me so I can make a more thorough decision, that's how I am, it's annoying haha.

Thanx in advance,
Ken
