JIC exhaust system HELP!

i'm tryin' to put my JIC 505SUS system in. i got the 4 bolts off, my muffler's off, and the pipes are off the rubber hangers. now, i just have one problem:

i can't get the friggin' nut off for that sensor next to the catalytic converter. that sensor is attached to the piping running to the muffler.

to those of you who installed your exhaust system, how did you get that nut off?!?

lots of wd40, and the right size metric wrench... and love and care.. that will probabyl strip really easily... so be careful.. also.. shouldn't this be in the do it ur-self section?

Well the do it yourself section is for tutorials on how to do things, not really questions related to them.

Best bet would be to get the right size open ended wrench or vice grip and use leverage. Take a long poll if you must to make it easier. You may want to either use wd40 but I prefer either PB penetrating catalyst or liquid wrench. Also be sure the remember the amount of turns it takes to unscrew it because you'll need to twist it back up the same amount of times to put it back on.

I went with a lot of cursing . Actually, I used some vice grips and WD40. It came off after about 30 minutes of fighting with me.

just to give you guys an update: i finally installed the JIC system. . . happy_aggies was right. it's LOUD. i did indeed get that sensor off with a lot of WD-40, a big pipe wrench, and curses, curses, curses! i'd definitely recommend this cat-back, and installation is fairly easy.
