what kind of intake system did you buy? I bought a injen and it came with instructions. Its pretty easy it took me an hour all you do is unbolt to stock air box up to the throtle body, you need to take out the air sensor and save that it is black rectangular shaped piece that has a tube looking thing connected that sits inside of the main intake tube, it also has a couple of wires comming out f it. Once you take off the old air box you need to unbolt the bottom part under where the old square filter went. You take off 3 vacume hoses and reconnect them to the same spot on the new intake. Then all you need to do is connect the end of the new intake to the throttle body by using a hose that should come with your kit and then put the filter on the other end and put the air sensor in to the new intake. There is a close up picture of my injen intake on the second page of my sounddomain site, just click on the www button.

good luck
