I've got a silver '02 Solara SE 4-cylinder.. Bought it new at the end of last July, it has just ofer 22100 miles on it at the moment. I love this car.

My girlfriend's mother has a champaigne-colored '03 Camry, also 4-cylinder. I have driven that car as well. The instant I sat in the driver's seat of the Camry, I wanted its gauges. Badly. They look damn sweet compared to the ones in the Solara. In my humble opinion, the '02 Solara's dash is a bit too conservative and would look damn sweet if it was replaced with the '03 Camry's.

Is it possible to swap the dash of the '03 Camry with that of the '02 Solara?

Anything is possible with money. How much are you willing to pay is another question

LOL I'm a cheap bastard. I'd be looking in salvage yards, on Ebay, and, as a last resort, asking the dealer.

solara nytez -- I read through that thread to see what size bulbs I need :) 194, 74, and 2721 if I caught 'em all. I'd be changing them to red if I were to do that. I like how the Camry's dash looks, though ... I'd like to see if I can do that and change the lights :D

Also, does anyone here have a model number or part number for the clock? It would look kind of bad if I were to have a sweet, red dashboard (head unit display and buttons will be red, too) and a green clock.

That was discussed in that thread as well... and the answer came up to that no one could do it. If YOU find a way, let us know!

LOL yeah, I didn't read it too thoroughly ... just basically scanned through the pages, looking for the necessary information. I'll have to take a look at the thing, I haven't removed any parts from that area of the car before :D
