Im not sure if its on everyones car but there is a small blank panel on the upper left hand corner of the dash more or less, but the last couple of solara's I did, i mounted it up there, I guess on the sle it might be for a sensor?

actually, i didn't want to drill any holes in my dash at the time so i ran 2 hyper bright white led's all the way back to my reverse light compartments.
